经典文档 下载后可编辑复制 PAGE 摘 要 随着中国加入WT0，经济全球化和竞争国际化的趋势日益加快，国内外市场的界限逐渐消失，为了适应客户参与国际市场竞争的需要，第三方物流企业所提供的物流服务必须要适应客户的需求。作为第三方物流企业,三台子物流中心更要加强自身的物流管理,凭借自身优秀的物流管理和物流服务来吸引客户，不断壮大和发展。 本文以三台子物流中心为研究对象，结合物流管理和第三方物流的相关理论，对该物流中心物流管理中包含的运输管理、仓储管理、配送管理、装卸搬运管理、信息处理、客户管理进行全面综合的分析，找出该公司在物流管理方面存在的问题，针对问题进行原因分析，并且提出解决对策，以改善公司物流管理发展滞后的现状。 关键词：物流管理；第三方物流；运输管理 经典文档 下载后可编辑复制 Abstract After China entering WTO，the trend of economy globalization competition internationalization speeds up，the boundary between international domestic market getting faded steadily．It is necessary to provide standard logistics service by the 3rd party logistics company in order to meet the need that the customer will participate the competition in the international market．The third party logistics company is required with higher level and more service by the customer；they shall provide not only tailor-made service but also relevant in time service to meet the customer’s JIT production．As a third party logistics company, San Tai ZI logistics center attract customers by its good logistics management and service, getting stronger and developing. Researching on San Tai ZI logistics center ,with the combination of logistics management relevant theory, first of all, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the transport management, warehousing management, dispatching management, handing ,information processing and customer management . Secondly it finds out the problems in logistics management, and discusses the reasons. At last, it comes up with the solution to improve the current situation of inadequate development in enterprise logistics management.
