The impact of these heavy trade protect restrictions on China should not be ignored. Especially in the restore process of global economic crisis, the Chinese iron-steel products export trade needs a long-term stable development environment, therefore, research on how to break through the trade protectionism of America on Chinese iron-steel products have important theory meanings and realistic meanings. This paper will analyze the Chinese steel industry status from international environment and domestic industry environment by empirical and theoretical analysis. In the end, we will get a series of strategies on how to break through the trade protection sanctions of America. Steel trade protection is the inevitable outcome of the trade cycle, can not be completely shielding. Therefore in this lasting trade war, only China’s steel enterprises following the proper measures to face the trade protection sanctions of America and keeping a positive attitude are vital importance.
