华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract Pulmonary nodule segmentation is the key step of computer aided diagnosis of pulmonary nodules, its accuracy is related to the subsequent nodule quantification and diagnosis conclusion credibility. But there is no one segmentation algorithm can accurately segment pulmonary nodules from lung CT image, this paper presents a 3D interactive segmentation system, allows users adjust the results manually based on the automatic segmentation. Select the Visualization Toolkit (VTK, Visualization Toolkit) to develop 3D visualization environment of the system. First of all, on the VTK encapsulation of various 3D reconstruction algorithms are compared, on the basis of the experimental results to choose proper algorithm for pulmonary nodules and other tissue reconstruction display, according to show the results of adjustment parameters and optimize the process, finally to achieve the optimal effect of reconstruction. Then, the design algorithm of the user on the pulmonary nodules were manually segmented operation for lung nodule segmentation results, adhesion and segmentation is insufficient two cases were handled respectively.
