So it is important to study on the pathogenesis and efficiency medicine of ALD,Traditional Chinese Medicine （TMC）is getting attention by its mild adverse reactiont and best curative effect.It has been one of the directions to prevent and cure ALD. Many doctors consier that the pathological factors of ALD are PHlem,Dampness and regulating Qi,eliminating the stagnant and activating the blood, eliminating damp and dissolving phlegm are the mainly therapy.The pathogenesis of ALD is that the poison of alcohol injures stomach,then stomach fails to propel downwards,turbid pathogens is blocking,turbid pathogens is fighting with the poisin of alcohol,deadlocked in middle warmer,staying at the hypochondrium. Ge Hua Xing Jiu Yang Wei granula (Ghxjyw） is experienced anagraph of Pro.Li Wen Biao .It is mainly composed of Flower of kudzuvine 、Lotus leaf 、 SEMEN CASSIA .
