华中科技 大学硕士 学 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract High-rise building with transfer storey is a kind of complicated structure form, its salient characteristic is that distribution of the lateral components along vertical direction is not continuous, and the vertical stiffness is not uniform. It is easy to form a weak layer in the structure under the action of a strong earthquake. And it is a kind of structure form which is unfavorable to the seismic resistance. One should pay more attention to this kind of complicated structure. The application of the beam-transfer storey is most widely among all transfer structures. By analysis, this thesis concludes some dynamical characteristics of high-rise building with beam-transfer storey. Meanwhile, some designing suggestions are touched on to make some possible significant contribution to structure engineering. This thesis introduces the type of structure with transfer storey, and its main characteristics, and the key point of the design of shear-wall structures with beam-transfer storey systematically. Combined with examples of project, it does response spectrum analysis by using ETABS software. The elastic internal force and deformation of structures subjected to small seismic are checked with elastic time- history method. This thesis illuminates the process and influence factor of elastic-plastic analysis of structure and does elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis by using EPDA module of PKPM software. The deformation performance of structure under major earthquake is described directly. The analysis of structures with transfer stories located at different height is accomplished and the results are discussed. By changing the ratio of stiffness, this thesis sums up the effect of ratio of stiffness on seismic behavior of structure. By all above analysis, the following conclusion can be obtained: The mutation of storey-shear and storey-drift are easy to be formed in transfer storey. III III The displacement and rot
