Abstra Abstract Title: Applied research on Integral Lifting Technology for Large Span Steel Grid Major: Structure Engineering Name: Panke suo Signature: Supervisor: Prof. Sun jing Signature : Abstract Long span grid structure with it’s excellent characteristic of structures are widely used in many kinds of buildings. Such as: gymnasium, exhibition hall, airplane hangar and so on. With the grid span continuous refresh, it’s installation is also put forward a higher requirements. The integral hoisting technology of large steel structure is a new installation technology that developed in our country’s construction industry in recent years. And reveal the great advantage and development prospect in the construction process and technology. For the installation of Long span grid structure need reasonable design if employ this new technology. You must guarantee the safety of the structure at the same time improve economic benefits. For this problem, Combined with a Long span grid structure, this paper carries out the following research work: The Analysis the of integral lifting scheme, mainly includes the lifting scheme of hoisting point selection, Lifting hanging point set of choices. According to the proposed scheme, from two aspects analyzed, include the structure stress and deformation , and the installed grid of the stress and deformation were compared under the condition, choose the lifting scheme, security, economic and reliable .In the structure arrangement and the arrangement of hoisting points are determined ,the replacement member of super appears to be lifting equipment selection and the ascension of the whole process are described, the overall scheme is excellent. On the grid ascension of the whole process, enhance the non synchronous problem of lifting points are discussed.
