带桁架转换结构高层建筑的抗震性能研究 摘要 现代高 层建筑 逐渐 表 现出多 样性、 综合 性 的特征 。依托 着新 材 料和新 的建 筑技术 的发展 ，转 换 结构得 到了广 泛的 应 用，带 转换结 构的 高 层建筑 的体量逐 渐增大 ，外形 逐渐 复 杂，土 木工程 学界 和 工程界 对高层 建筑 的 动力特 性和抗震 性能的研 究仍有 待进 一步推进 。 以一个 带叠层 桁架 转 换结构 的高层 建筑 为 背景工 程，分 别建 立 了结构 局部 框架模 型和结 构整 体 模型， 在此基 础上 对 结构的 动力分 析方 法 以及抗 震性能进 行了探讨。对 Newmark— 精 细 时 程 积 分 法 的 算 法 原 理 进 行 阐 述 ， 通 过 Matlab 软件编制 算法程 序，对比 Newmark—精细 时程积分 法和 SAP2000 软件对结 构模 型在地震 作用下 的弹 性位移时 程分析 计算 结果，对 Newmark— 精细时程 积分法 的可靠性 及适用 性进 行评估。 结构的整 体模型 中转 换结构楼 层布置 的高 度不同 ，采用 SAP2000 软件分别 对结构 整体模 型进 行 模态分 析和振 型分 解 反应谱 分析， 求解 各 结构模 型对应的 自振周 期、振 型参 与 系数、 位移变 化、 剪 力变化 等，评 估转 换 结构的 设置高度 对建筑 的动力 性能 和 抗震性 能的影 响， 分 析变化 特点， 为工 程 设计提 供建议和 参考。 关键词： 转换结 构 叠层桁架 时程分析 弹性变形 抗震性能 Research on Seismic Performance of the High-rise building with a transfer trusses ABSTRACT Modern high-rise buildings gradually showed the diversity of characteristics. Relying on the development of new materials and new construction techniques, the transfer structure has been widely used. Volume of the high -rise building with a transfer structure is gradually increasing and the shape became more complex. Civil engineering academia and engineering study of the dynamic characteristics and seismic performance of the high-rise buildings is still to be further promoted. A laminated truss transfer structure in high-rise building as the engineering background, local structural framework model and the structure of the overall model are established. On this basis, the dynamic analysis methods and seismic performance of the structure are explored. The algorithm principle of the Newmark-precise time-integration method is described and the program is compiled by Matlab software. The paper contrasts analysis calculations of the program and SAP2000 software, and assesses the reliabi lity and applicability of the Newmark-precise time-integration method. The heights of the truss transfer structure of the overall models are different. Modal analysis and modal response spectrum analysis are done by SAP2000 software.
