朝克乌拉矿综放开采顶煤冒放性研究-采矿工程专业论文

摘 要 厚煤层开采一直是世界采矿界探讨的课题,放顶煤开采实现了厚煤层及特厚煤 层的高效开采。如何使厚煤层最大程度的开采,减少浪费是论文研究的主要目的。 论文针对朝克乌拉矿 2#煤层厚度变化较大的特点,提出解决厚煤层开采的方 法,确定用放顶煤开采。在这样的情况下,必须对顶煤的冒放性进行理论分析和研 究。为此对诸多的地质赋存因素,逐个分析他们对顶煤冒放性的影响。还分析了综 采工艺参数对冒放性的影响。在结合 UDEC 模拟软件,建立数值模型,把提出的各 种开采厚煤层的方案,进行数值模拟实验。把模拟结果进行比较分析,得出比较合 理的开采方案。确定出方案之后,还必须进行开采工艺参数的选择,使煤炭回采率 大大提高。 本论文研究成果在朝克乌拉矿实施,取得了良好的经济效益。 关键词:厚煤层;放顶煤开采;数值模拟;高效开采;冒放性 Abstract Thick coal seam mining is always probed in mining world. Thick coal seam and very thick coal seam are very efficiently mined by top coal caving.The main purpose of the research is to reduce waste on coal and how to mine thick coal seam in maximum extent. According to characteristics of variation of thick coal on 2#coal in Chao ke wu la coal mine,the method of thick coal mining is putted forward. Top coal caving method is decided to adopted. Under the circumstances, people must conduct theoretical analysis and research for top coal caving ability . People must particularly analysis numerous geological occurrence factors that can impact on top coal caving ability. At the same time, people must particularly analysis mining process parameters that can impact on top coal caving ability. People also use UDEC software to analysis top coal caving ability. People also establish numerical models to analysis top coal caving ability .Various solutions of mining thick coal seam must be simulated .People must analysis and compare with all the outcomes in the end .The best solution is determined to choose .After choosing the best solution ,people also choose mining process parameters.to a large extent ,coal extraction rate is increased . Achievement of the research is implemented.At the same time,economic benefit of coal mining is increased .
