PAGE 精品 毕 业 论 文 （ 2012 届） 题 目 农村养老院的发展现状及问题分析——以宁夏固原寨科乡为例 学 院 政法学院 专 业 行政管理（社会工作） 年 级 行政管理（社会工作） 学生学号 学生姓名 指导教师 2012年 5 月 4 日 农村养老院的发展现状及问题分析—以固原寨科乡为例 摘要 所谓养老院是指由政府拨款或社会集资兴办，各地民政部门管理的社会福利机构。主要安置社会上无家可归、无依无靠、无生活来源、无生活能力的孤寡老人。撤乡并镇后寨科乡养老院建设成为了能容纳70人左右的养老院，通过对寨科乡养老院现状的调查，分析目前寨科乡存在的工作人员缺乏，服务水平低、入住对象仅向五保户开放、医疗服务体系发展缓慢、养老院资金欠缺、养老院组织的娱乐活动过少等问题，从养老机构的性质重新定位、增加资金投入、完善合作医疗体系、推动养老服务体系创新、完善养老院公共财政体制、丰富业余文化生活等入手，对寨科乡养老院的发展提出建议。 关键词 ：寨科乡，农村养老院，养老保障制度，医疗保险 The Current Situation of the Development of the Nursing Home and Problems in the Analysis --the City of Guyuan of Zhaike Village Abstract The nursing home is a social welfare institution which seted up by national funding and fund raising ,and managed by all districts and civil administration departments. It is mostly arranged for elderly people of no family who are homeless, helpless, no living resources and no ability of life .Nursing home construction of ZhaiKe village can hold 70 people or so after merger of village , through investigating the present situation of it, analysis the current problem of it is that staffs is lacking ,the service level is low, residential occupancy is only opend for the Five Guaranteed,medical service system development is slow, funds is lacking, the organization of the nursing home entertainment is too little.Giving some suggest for the development of the nursing home ,such as reposition the nature of the nursing home organization, increasing capital investment, perfecting cooperative medical system, promoting service for the age system innovation, perfecting the public financial system of the nursing home, riching amateur cultural life,and so on.
