湖北轻工职业技术学院机电系 机电工程实践论文 课题：起吊机 班级： 机电一体化3班 姓名： 学号： 1005011415 指导教师： 时间： 2013年1月12日 题目 ：起吊机 摘 要 吊机的问世是当今机械上料的重大突破，从此结束了千百年来高层建筑材料及装修材料依靠人工搬运的历史，极大地减轻了搬运工人的劳动强度。它的问世使搬运工人从繁重的体力劳动中解放出来，这是一次搬运历史上的一次革命。本品吊运速度快运行稳操作灵活，既减轻了搬运工人的劳动强度,又提高了工作效率 ，吊机体积小、重量轻，一个人自行车就能携带；它吊的高、速度快，它便于安装，起重大，容易操作，效率高。 我们所做的是一款组装式自动小型起吊机，主要由底座、支架、机械手和简易的制动系统组成。整套装置由销轴、键、螺钉和螺栓连接，方便拆装。 本产品主要解决的是起吊一些高度不是很高但重量较重的物品，大大的降低了劳动强度提高了工作效率，在生活中可以实现一个人或两个人对一个较重的物品的起吊。是一个居家必备的工具。 关键字： 棘轮 制动 起吊机 The advent of the crane is a major breakthrough in materials machinery today, from the end of thousands of years, the history of high-rise construction materials and decoration materials rely on manual handling, greatly reducing the labor intensity of the porters.
