But also describes the various process parameters choice. Nylon-cotton stretch fabric Yarn-dyed can be done, and its better wear resistance. The ingredients are cotton piece of fabric, Kam, spandex component. Such fabrics for todays market is a popular fabric, according to weaving process, matching the original yarn, winding, warping, sizing, wear upon, weft preparation, weaving, finishing and other processes designed to focus on. Through the study of the paper with a view to the future production of such products to provide guidance and reference value. Design color fabric, need to address co-ordination of shade and color matching. Yarn-dyed products, process design mainly as follows: Warp knitting shrinkage, fabric width, Zongjing root number, root number per flower warp, color circle, each reed penetrate the number of pieces of reed, reed number.
