PAGE IV PAGE III 复卷机电控系统中PLC程序设计 摘 要 本设计给出了一个较完整的复卷机电控系统解决方案。这个方案包括控制系统硬件设计和软件设计两部分,其中硬件设计是本次设计的基础,软件设计是本次设计的重点。从总体上看,该控制系统是一个基于Profibus-DP现场总线和PLC的全交流复卷机电控系统,设计中两个底辊的转矩差使用主从应用宏控制,退卷的张力使用卷曲宏控制,整个控制系统通过现场总线相互连接。在控制系统硬件设计方面,主要是系统的硬件组态与参数配置,包括DP网络组态、底辊变频器参数配置、退纸辊变频器参数配置等;在软件设计方面,主要是控制系统的PLC程序,程序包括继电器回路、PLC与变频器的通讯、纸卷直径计算、转矩/压力曲线计算、纸长计算、电机启动、初始化等几个部分。其中要特别提出的是,本设计中PLC与变频器的通信不采用I/O端子,而是使用通信适配器通过用PPO消息(过程参数对象)进行控制,采用这种方式,不但减少了变频器的安装接线工作,还能充分利用变频器的功能,使得变频器在不改变硬件接线的情况下,就可以应用于多种场合。 关键词:复卷机,PLC,程序,现场总线,卷曲宏,主从应用宏 The PLC Programming of Rewinder Electrical Control System ABSTRACT The design gave a complete project of rewinder electrical control system. It included hardware design and software design. The hardware design was the basis of this project, and the software design was the focus of this project. In its entirety the system is a control systerm of fully AC rewinder, which was based on Profibus-DP fieldbus and PLC. The torque poor of rewinder drum was controlled by the Master/Follower Macro which was integrated into the converter,and the control of tension was based on the Rewinder Macro which was integrated into the converter also. With the help of fieldbus, the entire control system was linked. The hardware design was finished by configuring the DP network, the parameters of rewinder drum’s converter, the parameters of unwinder drum’s converter parameters, and the software design was finished by designing the programs which included the relay circuit, the telecommunications beteew the PLC and the frequency converter, the calculation of paper rolls in diameter, the treatment of torque/pressure curve, the calculation of paper’s long, the motor started, initialization and others. One should like to highlight was that the communication between the PLC and inverter was’t through the I/O terminal of the inverter, but the PPO(process parameters object) with the help of the communications adapter.
