高层建筑结构体系的分析及发展趋势 ［ ］本文简耍介绍了高层、超高层的结构体系，通过对国内己逑和在建的高层 建筑钢结构国产化问题的调研，分析了在钢材、设计、施工和监理等方面国产化所 面临的主要问题，为高层建筑钢结构的发展提出了一些建议。高层钢结构建筑在W 外已有110多年的，1883年最早一幢钢结构高层建筑在美国芝加哥拔地而起，到了 二次世界大战后由于地价的上涨和的迅速增长，以及对高层及超高层建筑的结构体 系的研究日趋完善、计算技术的发展和施工技术水平的不断提高，使高层和超高层 建筑迅猛发展。钢筋混凝土结构在超高层建筑中由于自重大，柱子所占的建筑而积 比率越来越大，在超高层建筑中采用钢筋混凝土结构受到质疑；同吋高强度钢材应 运而生，在超高层建筑中采用部分钢结构或全钢结构的理论研宄与设计建造可说是 同步前进。 ［关键字］高层建筑结构结构体系剪力墙发展 The development trend and analysis system of tall building structures [Abstract] This paper briefly introduces the structure system of high-rise，high-rise，through investigating the yijianhuzaijian of high-rise steel structure localization problem，analyzes the main problems in the steel，the design，construction and supervision aspects of localization are facing，and puts forward some suggestions for the development of high-rise steel structures. Tall steel structure building in foreign countries have more than 110 years, in 1883 the first high-rise steel structure high-rise buildings in USA Chicago，arrived after the two World War, due to the rapid growth in premium prices and, and continuously improve the structure system of high-rise building research increasingly developed, computing technology and construction technical level, the rapid development of high-rise and super high-rise buildings. Reinforced concrete structure in super high rise building since the major pillars, the floor area ratio is more and more big，in the super high-rise building with reinforced concrete structure to be questioned; high strength steel emerge as the times require, is synchronous with part of the steel structure or steel structure research and design theory to build it in super high rise building.
