PAGE 4 我国信用卡业务中的风险状况与对策研究 院（系）：金融学院 专业（方向）：国际金融 班级:国金2班 学号:2008112210 论文摘要 中文： 总体上说，我国各家银行目前在信用卡的风险管理上的水平和我国当前信用卡的发展速度是不相匹配的，而且各家银行在对于风险管理重要性的认识上，在风险管理体系的建设上，以及在风险管理策略的具体执行上，也都存在着差异。这导致我国各家银行对于信用卡业务风险管理的能力存在参差不齐的现象。 各家银行的信用卡风险管理部门应该重视风险的事前预防、事中监控与分析以及事后坏账处理，制定严密的风险管理规章制度；应重视对业务人员及特约商户的培训工作，尤其要加强发卡机构内部的管理。总之，在信用卡业务风险管理中既要考虑保证业务的合理拓展，又要能够有效的规避各种风险。 English： Say on the whole, Chinas banks in the credit card risk management level and our countrys current credit card development speed is not matched, and the banks in risk management importance, in the risk management system construction, as well as in the risk management strategy specific carry out, also there are some differences. This causes the banks for credit card business risk management capacity in the presence of uneven phenomenon. The banks of credit card risk management departments should pay attention to risk prevention, monitoring and analysis in and after dealing with bad debts, strict risk management rules and regulations; should pay attention to the business personnel and merchants training work, especially to strengthen the internal management of credit card issuers.
