┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 装 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 订 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 线 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 毕业设计（论文）报告纸 第 PAGE 89 页 共 NUMPAGES 90 页 摘 要 随着现代城市的发展，高层建筑日益增多，电梯成为人们日常生活必不可少的代步工具。电梯性能的好坏对人们生活的影响越来越显著，因此必须努力提高电梯控制系统的性能，保证电梯的运行既高效节能又安全可靠。 可编程控制器（PLC）是根据顺序逻辑控制的需要而发展起来的，是专门为工业环境应用而设计的数字运算操作的电子装置。相对于传统的继电器接触器控制系统，它有许多独特的优点。目前，电梯的继电器控制方式已逐渐被PLC控制代替，因此，PLC控制技术加变频调速已成为现代电梯行列的一个热点。 本设计采用德国西门子S7—300可编程控制器CPU313C作为控制核心，扩充两个输入输出模块。电梯的主要功能有：响应内外呼梯信号，自动开关门， 自动平层，自动显示轿厢位置（楼层）等。采用了全新的设计理念和思路，在技术上有重要突破，使电梯具有升降平稳、舒适，运行安全、可靠的特点。 关键词：可编程控制器（PLC），电梯电气控制系统,S7-300 Abstract Along with developing modern city,increasing high building,the elevator is beginning to play a vital role for walking tool in everyday life,therefore，the performance should be improved for both economy and efficiency. The programmable logic control(PLC)is designed specially for industry environment,which is being developed based on the requirement of sequential logic control.Herein,cause of its all merits,the elevator’s relay control mode has been replaced by the PLCgradually. Therefore,the PLC control technology and the frequency inverter has been becoming the focus. In this design I selected S7-300 Programmable Logic Controller as the control centre ,and expaned two I/O blocks. The main functions of the elevator are as fallows: response to signals of internal and external calls, automatic door switch, automatic level, automatically display the location of elevator and so on.
