Afterwards，the urban construction of Guangzhou came to a climax by carrying out the guidelines of progress to the East; conform to the West; develop the South; optimize the North. Under new background of urban construction, the residential lands layout in Guangzhou should also make some adjustment and rearrangement in order to suit the new situation.
