220t/h燃煤锅炉掺烧焦炉煤气热力计算 Thermodnaimic calculations of blended Combustion of 220t/h coal bolier and coke oven gas 摘要 焦炉煤气和煤粉是两种形态完全不同的燃料,其燃烧过程和机理存在着很大的差异。在燃煤锅炉中即燃烧煤气,又不影响煤粉正常燃烧,保证锅炉额定出力, 是锅炉改造中必须解决的问题。 本文为减少焦炉煤气排放,节能降耗、改善环境,就煤粉锅炉掺烧高炉煤气技术,对锅炉大量掺烧焦炉煤气的利弊进行了分析,由于焦炉煤气的燃烧特牲与媒存在很大的差异,使原来按燃煤设计的锅炉掺烧媒气后锅炉参数产生很大的变化。为此在改造的热力计算中,将掺烧的焦炉煤气的燃烧计算折算成煤粉的燃烧计算,即将煤粉和焦炉煤气的混合燃料假想成一种全新的煤,这种假想煤的热力计算过程就是煤和焦炉煤气掺烧的热力计算,而假想煤的燃烧计算数值为煤和焦炉煤气分别计算数值的折算数值。本文对220t/h 煤粉锅炉掺烧45%焦炉煤气后各个受热面进行了热力计算加于校核。计算证明在不改变锅炉各个受热面布置的情况下,掺烧后锅炉完全能满足负荷的要求。 关键词:燃煤锅炉;焦炉煤气;掺烧;燃烧器 Abstract Coke oven gas and dust are two form completely different fuels, the combustion process and mechanism exist great differences.
