Therefore ， personal electronic files were used in department of physical examination of our hospital since 2006. By contin鄄 uously improving the functionality of the system ， automatic transmission and extraction of medical in鄄 formation have been achieved ， better health services have been provided and better conditions have been created for teaching and research.
