关于城市地下规划建设出现问题及措施探析 　　摘要城市地下空间资源开发受地质条件、技术水平及经济发展水平等诸多因素制约，因此，在一个特定的城市区域内，可供开发的地下空间资源是有限的。同时，由于地下空间受限制因素较多，在其开发完成后，做再次规划调整的技术难度及资金投入要远远高于地表及地上空间的规划调整。而我国现阶段城市地下空间开发还处于初级阶段，一些城市的地下空间开发缺乏科学的规划指导，不能保证地下空间资源的合理利用，这严重制约着城市的可持续发展能力。本文主要从我国目前城市地下规划建设的现状出发，综合分析在地下规划建设领域出现的一些现实问题并提出建设性意见措施，以供各位学者交流指正。 　　 　　 　　关键词：城市规划；地下建设规划 　　 　　Abstract: 　　Urban underground space resource development affected by geological conditions, technical level and the level of economic development, and many other factors, therefore, in a particular urban area, for the development of underground space resource is limited.
