摘 要:本设计是一装配式预应力混凝土T型简支梁桥设计,总跨径120,4跨,标准跨径为30,计算跨径29.16。桥面净空为净—0.5(安全带)+11.75(行车道)+2(中央分隔带)+11.75(行车道)+0.5(安全带),道路等级为高速公路,设计时速为120。
桥梁施工工艺采用后张法,预应力钢筋采用1860钢绞线,锚具采用夹片式群锚,混凝土等级为C50,普通钢筋等级为HRB400,桥墩采用轻型式桥墩,基础采用桩基础,采用埋置式桥台。
设计分为上部结构与下部结构两部分,分别对上部结构进行配筋计算,绘制施工图纸。设计中采用了杠杆原理法、G─M法、和偏心压力法,充分考虑了可能对承载力造成影响的各种作用并进行合理组合,同时参照有关规范与规定进行设计与校核,使桥梁达到预期的设计要求。

Abstract
Abstract :This design is a assembled prestressed concrete Simple-Supported T-shape Girder design (Partially Prestressed Class B member), that the length of bridge is 123m, and it’s total span is 120m. The number of the bridge’s span is 4, with the standard span 30m and calculation span 29.16m. The clearance above bridge floor is clear?0.5m (safety belts) +11.75m (carriageway) +2m (median separator) +11.75m (carriageway) +0.5m (seat belts). The road is highway, with the design speed of 120km/h.
The technics of bridge’s construction is post-tensioning method, and the prestressed steel is strand 1860. The anchorage of the bridge anchor clip-type anchor group, with the concrete C50 and ordinary steel bar HRB400. The piers are light types and their foundations are pile foundations.
The design is divided into two parts ?superstructure and substructure, making a reinforcement calculation on superstructure and working drawing of superstructure. The design uses lever principle method, the G ─ M method, and the eccentric-pressed method, taking the various roles which may affect the bridge’s bearing capacity fully into account and making a reasonable combination. According to the relevant criterions and provisions to design and ueberpruefung the design,so that the bridge’s quality can achieve the desired design requirements.
