西南石油大学本科毕业设计(论文)  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 35  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 摘要 水套炉是油气田勘探开发中的重要设备之一,是在井场用来给油气井产出的油气进行加热的装置。特别是我国例如大庆油田等老油田进入高含水期及稠油和天然气的开发,加热炉显得愈发的重要。管式加热炉火焰直接加热生产介质,升温快但不安全。火筒式加热炉通过火筒加热炉壳内的生产介质,但结构件上容易结垢。然而水套炉的加热装置通过加热炉体内的水,再由水将热量传导给加热盘管中的介质,由于其加热装置不与生产介质直接接触,故安全性较高。水套炉近年来已经被广泛应用于各大油气田,但水套炉传热效率偏低,炉体钢材消耗量大,运行中易失水,需要经常补水。近来年,自动化是流程设备的发展方向,油气田地面工程也不例外。将传统火筒加热装置改为电加热装置,将一系列的部件通过集成电路控制,可以更为方便的实现自动化,实现无人值守与远程控制,同时减少易燃易爆介质,大大增加了安全性能。智能电路控制,温控恒定,稳定性高。简单来说采用电加热式水套炉安全性高,效率高,结构简单,集成化程度高,占地面积小。 关键词:加热炉;水套炉;电加热 Abstract Water jacket furnace is one of the important equipment in the oil and gas field exploration and development, it is a device that be used to heat the oil and gas in the well field. In particular, China for example, the old oil field Daqing Oilfield, etc. into the development of high water and heavy oil and natural gas, furnace becomes increasingly important. Tube furnace use flame direct to heat production medium, heating up fast but unsafe. Fire Drum furnace heat the production medium by the fire barrel heating, but the structure is easy to scale. However ,the water jacket furnace heat the production medium through the furnace ,then the water will heat the production medium in coil. Since the heating means is not in direct contact with the production medium, so security is high. Water jacket furnace has been widely used in oil and gas field in recent years. However, the heating transfer of water jacket furnace is low, furnace steel consumed in large, easy to run water loss, requiring constant replenishment. Recently, the automation is the development direction of process equipment ,oil and gas field surface engineering is no exception. The conventional fire tube heating system instead of electric heating devices, the number of parts controlled by an integrated circuit.
