It is one of the three basic financial statement, expressed in an accounting period, the enterprise cash increase or decrease the situation changes. The companys cash flow statement for enterprise survival and development plays a vital role, good cash flow can make an enterprise vigorous development, so do the enterprise cash flow management is very necessary. This paper focuses on the Guangdong Polaroids cash flow statement by way of case study analysis, combined with the analysis of the cash flow statement of the data contents and indicators to reflect the financial situation of enterprises case quantitative, and found some problems in the management of cash flow of enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement, to prevent false accounting information and give full play to the important significance cash flow management in the enterprise management, so that managers can have the harvest.
