题 目: 多孔稀土铝硅酸盐玻璃的制备
摘 要
本文以Y-Al-Si系统玻璃为研究对象,采用有机泡沫浸渍法制备多孔玻璃,期望获得一种高孔隙率、高强度、孔洞贯通好的多孔稀土铝硅酸盐玻璃。本研究采用了新系统制备多孔玻璃,并对已有的调浆工艺进行改进。并通过傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、热膨胀仪、差式扫描量热等方法,研究了基础玻璃的结构变化、玻璃软化温度、玻璃化转变温度以及基础玻璃析晶温度,还研究了多孔玻璃的体积密度、吸水率、孔隙率等物理性能。研究结果表明在聚氨酯海绵改性40分钟后,以乙基纤维素为粘结剂、聚乙二醇为分散剂,当浆料配比为基础玻璃粉料:56 wt%、EC:1.2 wt%、PEG:5 ml、乙醇:20 ml时,多孔玻璃烧结制度为300℃保温1h,970℃保温3.5h,在这种条件下可获得比较理想的多孔稀土铝硅酸盐玻璃。

Abstract
In this paper porous glass was prepared by Y-Al-Si system and porous glass was prepared by organic foam impregnation method to prepare porous rare earth aluminosilicate glass with high porosity high strength and good porosity. In this study a new system was used to prepare porous glass and the existing pulp preparation process was improved. The glass structure temperature the glass softening temperature the transition temperature and the crystallization temperature of the base glass were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy thermal expansion and differential heat. The bulk density water absorption and porosity of the porous glass were also analyzed Rate and other physical properties. The results showed that after 40 minutes of polyurethane sponge modification ethyl cellulose was used as binder and polyethylene glycol as dispersant. The slurry was composed of powder: 56 wt% EC: 1.2 wt% PEG: 5 ml Ethanol: 20 ml when the ratio the porous glass sintering temperature is 300℃ for 1h 970℃ insulation 3.5h . Under these conditions it is possible to obtain an ideal porous rare earth aluminosilicate glass.
