某中型货车车架的设计

某中型货车车架的设计 摘 要 根据设计参数,完成了中型货车车架设计,利用UG软件建立了主纵梁、横梁模型,及纵梁与横梁通过铆钉连接。本说明书涉及了现阶段载货汽车技术的发展趋势,以及国内外载货汽车车架的发展状况;说明书还详细阐明了中型载货汽车的方案论证:车架的设计要求、车架结构的确定、车架宽度的确定、车架纵梁形式的确定、车架横梁形式的确定、车架纵梁与横梁连接形式的确定、车架的受载分析以及车架的强度计算。在计算时把车架简化成为一个位于支座上的静定结构,然后,用材料力学的知识对本车架进行强度计算,并且在满足应力要求的条件下来确定车架纵梁的断面尺寸。 关键词:中型货车、车架、设计 Abstract According to the design parameters, the design of the medium truck frame is completed, and the main longitudinal beam and the beam model are established by UG software.This paper involves in lately the technology development trend of truck as well as the domestic and foreign truck frame development; This paper also expose in detail the medium-sized truck with scheme demonstration :the requirement of frame design、determination of frame structure、determination of frame width 、determination of stringer form 、determination of beams form、the connection form of beams 、analysis of load the frame suffers and the strength calculation .The frame will be simplified as a stable objective when calculating, and then calculate the strength with mechanics materials knowledge and determine the size of the frame rails with the precondition that it meets the requirement of stress.
