摘 要
知识经济时代。人已成为决定企业竞争能力的关键性资源。抢占人才和科技的制禹点,就能把握经济发展的主动权。而薪酬管理在现代市场经济中则是各国企业人力资源管理的重要环节对企业的竞争能力有巨大影响。文章通过对激励和薪酬理论的分析。提出了当前民营企业薪酬管理中存在的问题和解决措施。
公平、合理、有效的薪酬制度能够激励员工发挥工作潜能,激活企业内部活力,与员工共谋发展,从而构建和谐共赢的劳资关系。劳资双方共赢的基础是利益的合理分配,通过设计科学合理的薪酬制度,建立公平的利益共享的劳资双方利益分配机制。接着对民营企业公司薪酬制度在员工激励方面存在的问题进行了深刻的剖析,并从根据“岗位价值”确定岗位薪酬水平;提供具有公平性和竞争力的薪酬;实现绩效优先的薪酬制度;找到员工激励的关键点,设计符合员工需要的薪酬福利项目四个方面提出了对策。最后本文对民营企业薪酬制度与员工激励的发展进行了展望。

Abstract
