摘要新中国成立后，中国共产党面临着政治、经济、文化等领域更加复杂的现实问题， 尤其是在文化方面，各种思想文化占据着社会各个领域，如何建设适应农村社会发展需 要的社会主义文化成为紧迫任务。以毛泽东为领导核心的党和国家第一代领导人开始对 农村文化建设进行深入的探索，提出了一系列行之有效的文化建设理论，为构建当代中 国社会主义文化建设理论体系完成了最初的理论框架的顶层设计。新时期的农村文化建 设出现了许多新的问题，广大农村地区特别是欠发达地区的文化发展状况令人担忧,都不 同程度地存在着认识缺位、经费短缺、人才流失、活动贫乏等现象。面对这些日益突出 的社会问题，我们应该充分吸取以往的经验和教训，为构建社会主义新农村创造有利的 条件。本文主要由引言、正文、结语三个部分构成。其中，引言部分主要是学术综述。正 文由四个部分组成：第一部分关于农村文化建设的概述。首先介绍了中西方学者对文化 的不同理解，引出文化、文化建设等概念。其次阐释了农村文化建设的内涵及其主要内 容。最后阐述了农村文化建设对新农村建设的重要意义。第二部分对新中国建立初期开 展农村文化建设的历史背景进行了探究。主要是从社会转型的根本需求、农村文化的发 展要求以及农民群众的内在需求着手分析，揭示建国初期党和政府推动农村文化建设的 背景原因。第三部分阐述新中国建立初期文化建设在农村的具体实践以及方式方法。在 农村文化改造、重建的具体推进中，中国共产党始终结合农村的具体实际，在实践过程 中逐步形成丰富的农村文化建设思想以及一套行之有效的方式方法。第四部分着重分析 建国初期的农村文化建设对于新农村文化建设思想研究的理论贡献和实践价值。结语部 分则简要对本文进行归纳总结。借鉴建国初期中国共产党农村文化建设的成功经验，结 合当今的社会主义新农村建设的实际，寻找解决问题的有效办法。关键词：新中国建立初期；农村文化建设；实践与经验AbstractAfter the founding of new China, the Communist Party of China is confronted with the reality of political, economic, cultural and other fields more complicated, especially in the aspect of culture, cultural and ideological occupy each field of the society, how to build the rural social development needs of the socialist culture becomes the urgent task.
