B88腔体数控加工设计

摘 要 B88腔体滤波器作为无线通信系统中重要的组成部分,其性能的好坏对无线网络发展有着至关重要的作用。B88腔体由于加工形状、走刀路线比较复杂,普通铣床已不能满足加工要求,所以选择了数控加工中心进行加工。能够对工件一次装夹后进行多工序加工按不同工序自动选择、更换刀具、自动对刀、自动改变主轴转速、进给量等,可连续完成钻、镗、铣、铰、攻丝等多种工序,大大减少了工件装夹时间、测量和机床调整等辅助工序时间,具有良好的经济效果。 本文设计主要内容: B88腔体数控加工工艺设计通过毛坯分析,确定加工内容;选择合适机床、刀具、量具、夹具,确定定位与夹紧方案、切削用量、工步顺序;最后制定加工工艺路线。 2.B88腔体程序设计通过UG加工仿真,设定坐标系、刀具、切削参数,确定合理的走刀路线,最后完成该腔体的程序设计。 本文利用UG软件对该腔体进行加工仿真,选择了最优的走刀路线,大大提高产品的生产效率。 :数控技术;加工工艺;程序设计 A B88 recessed filters was used as a wireless communication system important constituent, its performance of wireless has a very important role to network development. Ordinary milling machine already cannot satisfy the requirements of the processing to B88 recessed for processing shape, walk knife route was more complex, so choose the NC machining center for machining. It can processing many processes after the workpiece a fixture according to different processes to the automatic selection, change tool, automatically find knife, automatically change of spindle speed, feed and so on, which can be completed for many kinds of process of drilling, milling, boring, reaming, tapping , greatly reduce the workpiece loading time, measurement and the auxiliary machine adjustment procedure time, has the good economic effect. The main content of the paper: 1.The NC machining process design of B88 recessed . Through the blank analysis, confirmed processing content; Choose the appropriate machine tools, measuring tools, cutting tools, fixture, determine the orientation and clamping and cutting dosages, the order of working, and finally make processing line. 2.The program design of B88 recessed .Through the UG machining simulation, and set the coordinate system, cutting tools, cutting parameters, the determination of reasonable go knife route, finally complete the recessed program design. This paper using UG software for the recessed process simulation,choose the best go knife route, and greatly improve the production efficiency. Keywords: Numerical control technology
