基于plc的自动金属表面抛光机设计摘要为了降低工件表面的粗糙度,使工件获得光亮、平整的表面,通常会利用化学、电化学或是机械作用,这用作用方法就是抛光。抛光需要利用柔性抛光工具及抛光介质如磨料颗粒等对工件的表面进行加工修饰。抛光在冶金及金属热处理等方面意义显著,还是进行金相观察与实验过程中不可缺少的一步。在一些实验中,对抛光的质量要求较高,例如金相观察。但是现在的抛光机多以抛光截面小、质量差的实验室小型较多,遇到大型截面的抛光需求就不能满足了。为了更好的引用高倍和中倍观察研究铸坯的质量,则需设计一系列不同规格的抛光机来满足抛光需求。为了解决上述需求,将设计一台适合抛光大截面的卧式抛光机作为课题。本文依次介绍了抛光机的应用、特点、原理和抛光机的发展前景。本文首先比较选择了整机的设计方案,尤其对工作台的驱动传动和主轴与抛光轮的连接进行了详尽的设计、比较和选择,接着介绍了箱体内各零部件的安排布局。为了确保抛光机床的正常运行,文章还对零部件及传动系统的设计、选择和校核作了详细的说明和大量的计算。文章最后简单介绍与设计了冷却系统。关键词:抛光;plc;方案设计;AbstractPolishing is a special method to reduce the surface roughness of the workpiece to obtain a bright, smooth surface. Methods include the use of mechanical, chemical or electrochemical action. Modification of the surface of the workpiece can be made using flexible polishing tools and abrasive particles or other polishing media. Polishing is very important for metallurgy and metal heat treatment.To obtain better effect of metallographic observation requirements of high polishing quality,At present, the polishing machine is mostly used in the laboratory, and the polishing part is small and the quality is poor. Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of the quality of polished plate to better study the quality of the need to design a series of new polishing machine.This topic designs a kind of polishing machine which is suitable for polishing large cross section.This paper introduces the application, characteristics and working principle of the polishing machine.Firstly, the design scheme of the whole machine is compared and selected, including the design, comparison and selection of the spindle and the wheel between the connection of the transmission scheme.In addition, the layout of the parts in the box body is introduced.
