This article shows how to build a multi-merchant network shop by ASP.NET 2005 and SQL Server 2000 and so on. First, this thesis introduces the significance and background of the selected topic, and web development platform. Second, it has made the detailed design to the system database and the function modules based on the demand, and on this basis it carries out user management module, right management module, order list module, business management module, goods management module, message leaving board and news management module and so on. Finally, though completely test of website, it is found that interface is simple and beautiful, function is rich, and operation is easy, fully corresponding to the demand of network shop. It provides a wonderful operating platform for on-line shopping.
