: 经济体制改革后的区域经济差异持续扩大是促动我国人口迁移 前活跃的主要因素, 而日趋活
跃的人口迁移亦对经济社会的发展及区域差异变动产生了深刻的影响本文的研究将人口迁移与区域
经济结合起来, 通过测算我国1985~ 1995 和1995~ 2000 年各省区在人口迁移前后 人口
GDP 的基尼系数变化趋势, 验证人口迁移对区域经济发展不均衡的减缓作用在此基础上, 测算
相应时段区域经济均衡发展情况下的各区域理论人口规模和人口迁移潜力, 并分析了我国迁移人口的
释放速度

Difference in China from 1985 to 2000

Abstract : Regional economic difference has become a leading factor affecting migration in China, which has,
in turn, conducted intensive influence on the social and economic development of each region. This article an
alyzed the equilibration effect of migration upon regional economic difference through examining the change of
population GDP Gini coefficient before and after migration during the period of 1985~ 1990, 1990~
1995, 1995~ 2000. Then this paper calculated theoretic population and migration potential based on an as
sumption of equilibration regional development, and migration speed and time needed to release migration po
tential is also calculated at the last part of this paper.
