企业集团论文对中小企业融资问题的研究.doc

摘要 本文先叙述了我国中小企业的认识后，针对中小企业发展中遇到的问题——资金短缺，从金融的角度，结合国内外中小企业融资的成功经验和我国的现实情况，对我国中小企业的融资问题，进行了深入分析和研究。首先，从银企关系、企业定位、政策配套和金融服务等方面，详细分析了中小企业融资问题的成因及各种表现形式。然后，为有效解决中小企业发展中遇到的资金问题，根据我国中小企业所处的发展阶段、具体环境和自身特点，结合我国金融市场的现状和未来发展趋势，提出相应的对策建议。为迎接知识经济的到来，本文还特别探讨了利用国际、国内资金发展风险投资业务，缓解我国高科技中小企业资金需求与供给的矛盾，支持高科技中小企业快速发展的措施。本文试图通过对中小企业融资问题的研究，探索我国中小企业特别是高科技中小企业发展面临的一些共性问题，为我国中小企业融资方式和融资体制的改革略陈管见。 关键字： 中小企业 融资 滞后 政策 Abstract After briefly introducing the medium and small-sized enter Prises ，countering the problems in the Proeess of developing the medium and small-sized enterprises ，associating with the suecessful financing experience of the medium and small一sized enterprises at home and abroad as well as the reality of our country ，this thesis gives a deep analysis and research about the finaneing issues of the medium and small一sized enterprises. First ，the thesis gives a detailed analysis about the causes and expressions of the medium and small一sized enterprises finaneing Problems ，eoneerning the relationship between banks and enterPrises、 enterPrises status、related Policy and finance service etc. Then，in order to solve the financial Problems effectively during the developing Process of the medium and small-sized enterprises ，on the basis of the development stage、conerete environment and characteristies of the medium and small-sized enterprises in our country ，the thesis gives relevant suggestions about the improvement of enterprises. At last，the in order to welcome the coming technology economy，the thesis especially analyze how to use the capital from athome and abroad to develop risk investment， to ease up the contradietion of capital supply and demand ， and to support the fast development of the hi一teeh medium and small一sized enterPrises.
