粉末冶金偏心轮模具设计论文

摘要 随着经济的发展,粉末冶金技术应用范围越来越广泛,在国民经济各部门中,几乎都有模具加工生产,它不仅与整个机械行业密切相关,而且与人们的生活紧密相连。由于粉末冶金工艺具有生产效率高、质量稳定、成本低以及可加工复杂形状工件等一系列优点,在汽车、轻工、电机电器、家用电器,航天航空,以及日常生活用品等行业应用越来越广泛。随着工业产品的不断发展和生产技术水平的不断提高,粉末冶金模具作为现代高速成型技术在工艺装备中起到越来越大的作用。 本次设计了一套压孔﹑落料的模具。本课题首先要对压坯进行压制前工艺分析,经过工艺分析和对比,采用单向压制工序,通过对压坯密度、质量、高度与外径等的计算,初步确定芯棒、阴模与模冲的类型。再分析对压坯加工的压机类型选择所需设计的模具。得出将设计的模具类型后将模具的各工作零部件设计过程表达出来,画出模具各零件图和装配图。 本次设计阐述了粉末冶金模具单向压制结构设计及工作过程。本模具性能可靠,运行平稳,提高了产品质量和生产效率,降低劳动强度和生产成本。 关键字:粉末冶金;偏心轮;模具设计。 With the development of economy, powder metallurgical technology is widely used in national economic sectors, almost all mold processing production, it is not only closely related with the machinery industry, but also closely connected with peoples life. Because of powder metallurgy process with high efficiency, stable quality, low cost and can be processed with complicated shapes advantages, such as cars, light industry, motor in electrical appliances, household appliances, aerospace, and daily necessities, etc. With the continuous development of industrial products, and constantly improve the level of production technology, powder metallurgy mould as modern high-speed molding technology in the process of equipment have played more and more important role.
