[ 摘 要 ] 目的:了解 ICU护士职业倦怠现况,并探讨其影响因素。方法:对上海市5所三级甲等综合性医院 ICU的 356
名护士进行调查。结果:ICU护士职业倦怠得分情况,情绪衰竭为(31.85±8.38) 分、去个性化为 (11.69±5.53) 分、低个人成
就感为 (19.79±7.02) 分。休假情况、工作要求、领导支持对情绪衰竭倦怠具有负向预测作用,同事支持有正向预测作用;年龄、
工作要求和领导支持对去个性化职业倦怠有负向预测作用;领导支持对低个人成就感倦怠有负向预测作用。结论:ICU护士职
业倦怠处于较高水平,年龄、休假、工作要求、领导支持和同事支持是主要影响因素。

Abstract Objective: To explore job burnout and its influencing factors among ICU nurses. Methods: Totally 356 ICU
nurses in five Tertiary Grade A general hospitals in Shanghai were recruited and investigated. Results: The subscale scores
of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and low personal accomplishment burnout among ICU nurses were 31.85±8.38,
11.69±5.53, and 19.79±7.02 respectively. Vacation, job requirement and leadership support were negative predictors of emotional
exhaustion and colleagues support was positive predictor of emotional exhaustion; Age, job requirement and leadership support
were negative predictors of depersonalization. Leadership support was negative predictor of low personal accomplishment
burnout. Conclusion: Job burnout of ICU nurses is in a high level in five Tertiary Grade A general hospitals in Shanghai. The
main influencing factors include age, vacation, job requirements, and leadership and colleagues support.
