摘要:高校实验楼排出的废水主要有无机类废水和有机类废水,其中重金属离子,废有机溶剂危害性较大,不能直接排放,需要去除。从该实验楼排出的水量为18290m3/年。实验室废水具有水量与水质波动大,成分差别巨大,水质不稳定,排放时间和排放水量没有明显规律等特点,因此适合采用“先分类收集,再处理,最后集中排放”的处理原则。根据水质特点确定该工艺流程:螯合沉淀-改性PAC臭氧混凝工艺。无机酸碱废水首先进入水质调节池,使废水中的酸碱得到中和,使处理过程中的pH值保持稳定。含有重金属的废水进入絮凝沉淀池进行螯合沉淀。将这两类废水汇入水量调节池。有机废水直接进入水量调节池。将三种废水收集在调节池后,进入曝气池,鼓入臭氧,进入旋流式反应池,然后用改性PAC与臭氧联用的方法进行絮凝沉淀。最后经出水管排入下水道。经过分类处理使出水水质经处理后达到《污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996 )》中规定的一级标准后排放至下水管网。本设计具有操作简便,运行费用低等特点。

A Preliminary Design of the Lab Sewage Treatment Project

Abstract: The wastewater from Lab building in university is mainly inorganic wastewater and organic waste water. The nocuousness of heavy metal ions and waste organic solvent is bigger. They cant be discharged directly, and they will need to be removed. The amount of wastewater which is from the lab building is 18290m3/ years. The wastewater has the characteristics of water quantity water quality fluctuation, composition differences, unstable quality, and the discharge of time and content had no obvious regularity. So it is appropriate to use first classified collection, and processing, finally concentrated emissions. According to the water quality characteristics, we determine the process: modified chelating precipitation - ozone PAC coagulation process. Inorganic acid and alkali waste water pours into the water quality regulating pool firstly, so as to wastewater of acid alkali neutralization, and the pH value in the process stability. Wastewater containing heavy metals pours into the flocculating settling basin for chelating precipitation. These two kinds of wastewater are imported the adjustive pool.
