【测控技术与仪器专业毕业设计+文献综述+开题报告】MATLAB环境下基于声卡的转子实验台振动信号数据采集系统 （20_ _届） 本科毕业设计 MATLAB环境下基于声卡的转子实验台振动信号数据采集系统 摘 要 当今企业中的大型旋转机械是一个非常重要的生产设备，而转子则是这些机械的主要组成部分，一旦转子出现故障，设备就不能正常进行运行了。在对设备开展状态监测以及故障诊断这些工作，保障了设备安全可靠的运行，可以取得非常大的经济效益。旋转机械故障一般都会体现在振动状况方面，因此，根据振动信号进行监测以及诊断是目前设备维护管理的主要手段。 本文主要研究matlab环境下基于声卡的转子实验台振动信号数据采集。通过振动传感器将转子实验台的振动信号传递到信号调理器，再由信号调理器将振动信号输入到工控机，通过声卡和matlab软件平台对振动信号进行采集。本次实验主要采集滚动轴承正常时的信号、轴承外圈故障信号、轴承内圈故障信号和滚珠信号的采集。 利用本系统进行采集，所采集到的故障信号能够识别，效果比较好。 关键词：MATLAB；声卡；振动信号；数据采集；故障诊断 MATLAB environment based on sound experimental station of the rotor vibration signal data acquisition system Abstract Todays enterprise large rotating machinery is a very important production equipment, while the rotor is a major component of the machinery, if the rotor fails, the device can not run normally. Carried out in the condition monitoring of equipment and fault diagnosis of these work, ensure safe and reliable operation of equipment, can get very large economic benefits. Rotating machinery fault Usually reflects the status of the vibration, Thus, according to vibration signal monitoring and diagnosis is the primary means of maintenance management. This paper studies matlab environment based on sound experimental station of the rotor vibration signal data acquisition. Vibration sensors by the vibration of the rotor test bed signal is passed to signal conditioner, Then the vibration signal conditioner input to the IPC, Matlab software platform through the sound card and the vibration signal acquisition. This experiment were collected from normal bearing signal, fault signal bearing outer ring, ball bearing inner race fault signal and the signal acquisition. Use this system for the collection, the collected signal can identify the fault, and the effect is better.
