In this context, the importance of literacy teaching is particularly obvious. This paper introduces the development of Chinese characters and literacy teaching material, so as to review the development history of literacy teaching. On this basis, comparing to the current literacy teaching material,you found there are many problems in the current literacy teaching material and literacy teaching process. This paper analyzes the theory of Chinese characters,discusses the evolution of word meaning and guides the practice of literacy teaching about the ancient philology knowledge.This paper also lists the concrete teaching examples about DuTiZi and HeTiZi, showing the ancient philology knowledge applied to extrapolate, explaining the effect of literacy teaching,so as to display the charm of ancient
