ALA―PDT与口服维胺酯胶囊治疗中重度痤疮疗效及安全性比较 　　【摘要】 目的 比较5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法（ALA-PDT）与口服维胺酯胶囊治疗中重度痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法 60例中重度痤疮患者， 按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组， 各30例。对照组采用维胺酯进行口服治疗， 观察组采用ALA-PDT进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗2、4、6周后， 观察组的治疗总有效率53.33%、73.33%、93.33%均高于对照组26.67%、43.33%、70.00%， 差异均具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率43.33%（13/30）与对照组60.00%（18/30）比较差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。结论 ALA-PDT治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效相较维胺酯胶囊更为显著， 且未明显增加不良反应发生情况， 值得在临床上进一步推广应用。 　　【关键词】 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法;维胺酯;痤疮;临床疗效 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.05.040 Comparison on curative effect and security of ALA-PDT and oral viaminate capsules in the treatment of moderate-severe acne WANG Peng， TANG Lan， LIU Fu-hua. Department of Infection， Qingyuan City People’s Hospital， Qingyuan 511518， China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To compare the curative effect and security of 5-aminolaevulinic acid-based photodynamic therapy （ALA-PDT） and oral viaminate capsules in the treatment of moderate-severe acne. Methods A total of 60 moderate-severe acne patients were divided by random number method into control group and observation group， with 30 cases in each group. The control group received oral viaminate treatment， and the observation group received ALA-PDT for treatment. Comparison were made on treatment effect and occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups. Results After 2， 4 and 6 weeks of treatment， the observation group had total treatment effective rate as 53.33%， 73.33% and 93.33%， which were all higher than 26.67%， 43.33% and 70.00% in the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （Plt;0.05）. The observation group had no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions as 43.33%（13/30）， comparing with 60.00%（18/30） in the control group （Pgt;0.05）. Conclusion ALA-PDT shows significant clinical effect than viaminate capsules in the treatment of moderate-severe acne， and it do not obviously increase the adverse reactions. So it is worth further popularization and application in clinic. 　　【Key words】 5-aminolaevulinic
