毕业论文 题目： 企业并购的类型及其理论分析 学生姓名： 学 号： 班 级: 专 业： 工商管理 所 在 系: 管理系 指导教师： 年 月 企业并购的类型及其理论分析 摘 要 现代企业并购风起云涌，连连刷新的并购金额记录让人心潮彭湃。那么，企业并购究竟是什么？驱使企业进行并购的动机又是什么？如何对纷繁复杂的并购案例进行分类？对各类型的并购又有怎样相关的理论来解释与分析呢?本文通过对并购的概念、动因作基本的认识后，按行业相互关系将企业并购分成横向并购、纵向并购和混合并购，并对其进行相关的理论分析，以求对上述疑问进行解答并加深对企业并购类型的认识理解。 关键词：企业并购；类型；理论分析 Types of merger and acquisition and its theoretical analysis ABSTRACT Enterprise mergence in modern times like a rising wind and scudding clouds, the record of mergence sum renovates again and again surge people a high emotion. So, what is enterprise mergence in hell? What is the motivation that enterprise to merge? How to classify numerous and complicated mergence cases? For all kinds of mergence, what correlative theoretic can we use to explain and analyses? After having a basic sense of its conception and motivation, this text divide enterprise mergence into landscape orientation mergence, portrait mergence and mixed mergence according to the correlation among industry. Then analyses with some correlative theoretic with the purpose to answer above questions and enhance the understanding of enterprise mergence types.
