年产2.5万吨铜合金管材生产车间设计 摘要 本设计为年产2.5万吨铜合金管材生产车间设计。此压力加工车间设计内容包括产品方案和计算产品的选择、生产方案的确定、工艺流程的制定、生产工艺计算、设备选择及设备负荷计算、车间平面布置、经济核算、劳动定员等。他们之间是一个不可分割的整体，要求各个部门相互合作，紧密配合，其中车间工艺设计是整个车间设计的主体。工艺计算主要包括挤压力计算、轧制过程选择、拉拔配模、拉拔力计算、各挤压工具设计和校核等。本车间年产量为2.5万吨，是比较大型的压力加工车间，因此确定生产方案为：挤压→冷轧→拉拔。可以生产多种牌号的产品。本设计以H68A、H85A、HAL77-2、BFe10-1-1四种牌号为计算产品。本车间设计的主要内容有：生产工艺流程的编制；挤压机、拉拔机及冷轧管机的选择；生产工艺规程的制定与计算；挤压工具及拉拔工具的选择与校核；工艺卡片和金属平衡表的制定及设备负荷计算；车间工艺设计、厂房设计和辅助设施设计；车间平面布置方法的确定及平面工艺布置图的制作；车间劳动组织和技术经济指标计算；厂房设计和车间辅助材料及水电气的供应等等。本车间总面积为25000m2，总投资25600万元,综合成品率达63.7%,年总产值137680万元，年利润5000万元，在册工人数为380人，车间建成投产6年左右即可收回成本。 关键词：铜合金；车间设计；管材 Annual 40,000 Tons Of Copper Alloy Pipes Production Process And Workshop Design ABSTRACT The design of 2.5 million tons copper alloy pipes production workshop design.This pressure processing workshops include product design scheme and the calculation of product selection and design, production process, production technology, equipment selection and calculation equipment load calculation, workshop layout, economic accounting, labor officials said.
