Methods: The data were collected and analyzed on the time of taking the aseptic materials by the staff in the past experience management mode. Draw a detailed flow chart for aseptic material access, and analyzed the basic cause of affecting the process efficiency in detail with a fishbone diagram, formulated the visual management plans, and re-collect the data in one month after the implementation of visualization management to compare with the aseptic materials management data in past experience management mode. Results: The implementation of visualization management reduced the error rate of aseptic materials by 2.23%, significantly reduced the length of time on error correcting, and improved the process efficiency by 112%. Conclusion: Visual management is a more scientific and efficient management mode for aseptic materials management than past experience management.
