We start with the major phonetic feature of eastern Inner Mongolia. Though analyze the typical different in phonetic and intonation between English and eastern Inner Mongolia to statement the negative transfer which effected English learning by eastern Inner Mongolia dialect At the same time put forward the redress method to help them improve their level to English Listening and writing.
