发动机罩及前保险杠系统的结构设计
摘 要
自汽车产生以来,我们就不断对其进行改进,现今,全球变暖已日益严重,我们逐渐开始开发城市微型轿车以满足城市人群需求,同时也对遏制环境迅速恶化带来希望。与此同时,我们要谨慎考虑汽车的安全因素以及扩大化汽车给我带来的便利。本文将对城市微型轿车前部空间进行紧凑化设计及对其安全化进行进行严谨设计。
技术的发展要围绕人的需求来展开,产品和环境的设计要更好地适应和满足人类的各种需求,这种观点已逐渐在产品的设计生产者和消费者中形成共识。现代的工业设计师已经意识到产品是否能够被用户接受及被接受的程度不仅仅取决于产品的市场因素,而且越来越多地取决于产品的外观造型和人机工程学设计。
发动机罩和前保险杠是决定汽车舒适性的先决条件。本文将从整车前部造型设计、进气栅格与翼子板设计、前保险杠系统设计和发动机罩设计等从整体到局部的一个过程,通过NX分析的研究方法,运用计算机辅助造型设计(Computer Aided Styling——CAS)、虚拟现实设计(Virtual Reality——VR)、空气动力学模拟、人机工程技术、数字样机技术(Digital Mock-Up——DMU)、CAE分析和验证技术、模块化设计技术等技术展开研究。

ABSTRACT
Since the car comes into our life,we have improved it continuously. Today,with the global warming gets worse and worse,we begin to develop urban mini-car in order to meet the needs of the urban people.It can help us curb the rapid environmental deterioration.So when we improve the car,we should consider the safety and convenience the car brings to us. In this paper, the compact design will be applied to the front space of the the urban minicar,and the safty of the car will also be taken into account.
Technology development should focus on the needs of the people, the design of products and environments should adapt to and meet the diverse needs of human beings. This view has been gradually formed a consensus of producers and consumers in product design.
Modern industrial designers have realized that whether a product can be accepted and the acceptance of it depend not only on the factors of market, but also on the
appearance and ergonomic design of the products.
Hood and front bumper is the prerequisite to decide automotive comfort. This paper adopts a process: from the whole to the local ,which contains the design of the front of the vehicle, the intake grid and fender, front bumper system and hood.Its research method is NX Analysis and correlation techniques are the computer-aided Styling design (Computer Aided Styling - CAS), virtual reality design (vir
