大学 本科生毕业设计说明书 论文题目： 基于PLC控制的自动装箱系统 学 院： 机电工程学院 年 级： 专 业： 电气工程及其自动化 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 摘要 在现代化的工业生产中常常需要对产品进行，如果这些繁杂的工作由人工完成的话不但效率低，而且劳动强度大，不适合现代化的生产需要。本文主要对自动装箱的PLC控制系统进行了详细的研究。该系统有传送带用来传送产品包装箱，其功能是把已经装满的包装箱运走并用一只空箱来代替。在包装箱传送带的中间装一光电传感器，用以检测包装箱是否到位。本控制系统具有精度高、成本低、抗干扰能力强、故障率低、操作维护简单等特点，具有良好的应用价值? 关键词 可编程控制器；自动装箱控制系统；传送带控制Abstract In the modern industrial production the products often need to be packing, if the complexity of the work done by hand, it not only inefficient but also labor intensity and cant accommodate the modern production needs. In this paper, you will learn about the PLC control system production line that can automatic packing beverage bottle. The system is composed of mechanical hand and conveyor belt; the conveyor belt used to deliver products and packaging-case, its function is to transport beverage bottle and remove the box which will be filled with an empty box instead. The mechanical hand is used to transport bottles from a conveyor belt to another conveyor belt and put them in the packaging-case. There is a photoelectric sensor installed in the middle of conveyor belt to detect whether the boxes in place and robot will place the bottle into the box if the boxes in place. The control system has many features such as high accuracy, low cost, anti-interference ability, low failure rate, easy operation and maintenance, etc., has a good value.
