毕 业 论 文 2009届 甲基丙烯酸甲酯存在下涤纶 分散染料低温染色 学生姓名 学 号 0406050109 系 别 工程与技术系 专业班级 指导教师 填写日期 2009年5月9日 甲基丙烯酸甲酯存在下涤纶 分散染料低温染色 摘 要 涤纶纤维性能优良,但是纤维结晶度高,缺少极性基团,染色困难。尽管分散染料高温高压染色是一种比较好的染色方法,近年来,人们追求服装个性化、多样化和功能化,多元纤维复合织物应用更为广泛,一些不耐高温的纤维,如羊毛、蚕丝、醋纤、氨纶等与涤纶纤维混纺,染色温度受到限制,研究如何在常压条件下染色已成为当前发展的趋势。The Low Temperature Dyeing of Polyester with Disperse Dyes in the Presence of Methyl Methacrylate ABSTRACT Polyester(PET) fibers possesses many good performances. But its dyeing behaviour is very poor from an aqueous dyebath because of the high degree of crystallinity and the lack of dyeing groups in fibers. Dyeing at high temperature is a better way and more mature technology. But in recent years, individuation, diversification and function of costume are pursued, so the composite fibers are applied widely. The blended PET fabrics with other fibers such as wool, silk, acetate cellulose and spandex and so on are not endured high temperature. Therefore, the dyeing of PET fiber at atmosphere pressure is a developmental current at present. In this paper, polyester fabric was dyed with disperse dye in the presence of methyl methacrylate. The effect of methyl methacrylate on the dyeing properties was studied., especially between the conventional dyeing methods and the new technical dyeing methods when methyl methacrylate appears. The results show that the presence of methyl methacrylate improves the dyeing properties of polyester fabric. The dye uptake and K/S value increase significantly even at a low dyeing temperature.
