附件2 Appendix 2 《宝安公共文化艺术中心(博物馆、艺术馆、美术馆)建筑方案设计国际竞赛》 International Competition of the Architectural Design for Bao’an Public Culture and Arts Center (Museum, Gallery, Art Gallery) 设计联合体协议书 Design Consortium Agreement 1.本设计联合体声明Statement of the Design Consortium: 自愿参加《宝安公共文化艺术中心(博物馆、艺术馆、美术馆) 建筑方案设计国际竞赛》(下称本项目)的投标。现就有关事宜订立协议，协议(包括但不限于)如下内容: We will voluntarily take part in the bidding concerning the International Competition of Architectural Scheme Design for Bao’an Public Culture and Arts Center (Museum, Gallery, Art Gallery) (hereinafter referred to as “the Project). We have hereby reached an agreement on relevant issues. The agreement includes (but is not limited to) the following contents: 1 .1设计联合体授权设计联合体代表人对设计联合体各成员的资质等级、业务能力、工作业绩等资料进行统一汇总后由设计代表人一并提交招标人，设计联合体代表人所提交的资质等级、业务能力、工作业绩等资料代表了设计联合体各成员的真实情况。 1.1 The Design Consortium shall authorize a representative from the Design Consortium (hereinafter refer to as “the Representative) to collect documents such as the qualification, professional competence and work performance, etc. of each consortium member and submit them to the Tenderee. The documents such as the qualification, professional competence and work performance, etc. submitted by the representative shall represent the real situation of each consortium member. 1.2投标工作由设计联合体代表人负责;设计联合体代表人合法代表设计联合体各成员提交并签署投标文件;设计联合体代表人在投标文件中的所有承诺均代表了设计联合体各成员。 1.2 The Representative shall be responsible for the bidding; the Representative shall legally represent the members of the Design Consortium to submit and sign the bidding documents; and all the commitments made in the bidding documents by the Representative shall represent the commitments of the members of the Design Consortium. 1.3设计联合体获得方案设计权后，设计联合体成员共同与业主签定合同书，切实执行一切合同文件，签署的合同协议书对设计联合体每一成员均具法律约束力。 1.3 After the Design Consortium obtains the right of designing the scheme, the members of the Design Consortium shall jointly sign the contract with the owner and earnestly implement all the contract documents.
