Survivin、雌激素受体、孕激素受体在子宫内膜癌中表达意义 　 作者：刘曼华 陶 潜，郑艳莉，鲁晓燕，杨其昌，沈屹 【摘要】 目的：结合临床病理学特征探讨Survivin、ER、PR在子宫内膜癌组织中表达的意义。方法：应用免疫组化SP法检测60例子宫内膜癌、34例癌旁组织标本中Survivin、ER、PR蛋白的表达情况。结果：（1）Survivin蛋白在内膜癌组的阳性表达率为65.0%，显著高于癌旁组织组8.8%（P＜0.01）；（2）ER、PR在内膜癌组的阳性表达率分别为50.0%、48.3%，均低于其在癌旁组织中的表达94.1%，85.3%（P＜0.01）；（3）随着晚手术病理分期、组织学低分化、深肌层浸润及淋巴结转移Survivin表达增高，而PR却呈低表达(Plt;0．05)，ER表达与组织学分级、肌层浸润程度有关(Plt;0．05)；（4）Survivin与ER、PR在子宫内膜癌中的表达均呈负相关(r=-0.314，Plt;0.05；r=-0.479，Plt;0.01)。结论：Survivin、ER、PR在子宫内膜腺癌的发生、发展过程中可能发挥着重要作用，ER、PR在癌组织的变化提示癌细胞丧失了原来细胞的功能；联合检测Survivin、ER、PR在子宫内膜癌中的表达有助于协助诊治并判断预后。 【关键词】 子宫内膜癌；免疫组织化学法；Survivin蛋白；雌激素受体；孕激素受体 [Abstract] Objective: Combined with the pathological characteristics,to study the expression of survivin， estrogen receptor（ER）and progesterone receptor(PR) in human endometrial carcinomas(EC). Method: Archived tissue samples of 60 EC and 34 paracarcinoma were selected and immunohistochemically analyzed for survivin、ER and PR expression. Results: The positive rate of survivin was significantly higher in EC than in paracarcinoma (65% vs 8.8%)（P＜0.01）, but ER(50% vs 94.1%) and PR(48.3% vs 85.3%) reverse were（P＜0.01）.Both survivin and PR expressions were associated wi th clinical pathological characteristics of endometrial carcinoma such as surgical-pathological stage，histological grade，myometrial invasion , lymph node metastasis. (Plt;0．05). ER expression was associated with histological grade and myometrial invasion(Plt;0.05). Survivin expression was negtively correlated with ER and PR in endometrial carcinoma tissue(r=-0.314,Plt;0.05; r=-0.479,Plt;0.01). Conclusions: Survivin,ER and PR may play an important role in the development of endometrial carcinoma.The lower expression of ER and PR in endometrial carcinoma indicates that endometrial maligant cells lose their initial function after their canceration.It is more helpful for diagnosing, directing treatment and evaluating the prognosis to detect the expressions of surviving, ER and PR in human endometrial carcinoma tog
