IPS Empress 2全瓷冠修复临床应用 　 作者：邓文正，黎淑芳，蔡永林，郭庆，杨天庆 【摘要】 目的 评价IPS Empress 2全瓷冠修复技术修复上颌前牙的临床效果。方法 将56例患者172颗牙分成两组，试验组30例86颗牙，以IPS Empress 2全瓷冠修复技术修复；对照组26例86颗牙，以镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复。采用根据美国加州牙科协会修定的评价标准，对其临床结果进行追踪评价。结果 经3年的临床观察，试验组在颜色满意程度、边缘适合性、边缘变色、术后敏感、牙龈着色、牙龈反应方面均优于对照组(Plt;0.01或0.05)，修复体完整度方面，两组差异无显著性(Pgt;0.05)。结论 IPS Empress 2全瓷冠修复技术治疗牙列缺损、缺失和变色的临床效果令人满意。 【关键词】 IPS Empress 2；全瓷冠；牙修复 　in restoration of premaxillary teeth. Methods A total of 56 patients (172 teeth) were randomly divided into two groups: in the experimental group, 30 patients of 86 teeth were restored with IPS Empress 2 all porcelain crown restoration; and in the control group, 26 patients of 86 teeth were restored with nichrome baked ceramic crown. The California Dental Association quality assessment evaluation system was used for assessment of the clinical results. Results After 3-year clinical follow-up, in the experimental group, color stability, margin adequacy, marginal discoloration, post-operative sensitivity, gingival coloration and gum reaction were considered more satisfactory, compared to the control group, there were statistically significant differences (Plt;0.01 or 0.05), and in the prosthesis integrity, there was no statistically significant difference (Pgt;0.05). Conclusion The results of IPS Empress2 all porcelain crowns restoration are satisfactory in treatment of dental defect, deletion and discoloration. Key words: IPS Empress2; all porcelain crowns; dental restoration 随着社会经济、文化和科技的高速发展，人们对牙齿修复的要求不仅仅在功能方面，对美的要求也越来越高。前牙修复的传统治疗方法存在着各种缺点和局限性：如颜色和质感不够逼真，易出现牙髓反应、过敏反应、牙龈变暗、灰黑色或牙龈炎等问题。随着新材料、新技术在口腔科的不断应用，全瓷冠(all porcelain crown;porcelain jacket crown, PJC)由于具有与天然牙相似的色泽和半透明性，以及优良的生物学特性，不断提高的强度和韧性，成为21世纪牙科修复发展的最重要趋向之一。笔者于2001年开展了IPS Empress 2全瓷冠修复技术应用于临床，获得了良好的效果，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　56例均为门诊要求修复前牙的患者。要求患牙均为上颌前牙，而且进行牙体预备后仍未穿髓的活髓牙。分为两组，试验组30例，86颗牙，以IPS Empress 2全瓷冠修复，其中男9例，女21例，年龄最小18岁，最大48岁；对照组26例，86颗牙，以镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复，其中男8例，女18例，年龄最小20岁，最大53岁。 　　1.2 牙体预备 　　IPS Empress 2全瓷冠修复：唇面磨除1.5mm，切端磨除1.5～2.0
