Abstract:This report is based on a case study for three Non-government organiza-
tions committing themselves in environmental protection in different types .The auther
describes these organizations dimensions and dissimilar organizing modes and points out
that the NGOs has a kind of organizing framework like a concentric circle, and this kind
of framework is very different w ith the government and the enterprise.The paper also
analyses w hy the NGOs has a very high-level performance.Finally,the author makes a
evaluation and comparison for these NGOs financial condition.
