第五届全国化学工程与生物化工年会 征文领域：11．生物转化与催化 碱金属催化剂对生物质裂解的影响 王震亚，曹建勤，鹿 丹，王 杰* （华东理工大学能源化工系，上海 200237 ） 摘要：为了考察碱金属催化剂碳酸钾对生物质白松催化裂解过程的影响，在固定床反应器上对不同预处理 条件下白松的慢速催化裂解气的释放规律进行了定量研究。发现白松和催化剂的混合方式无论是湿法浸渍 还是干法混合，都促使白松裂解气体的产率上升，液体的产率下降；同时不仅大大提升了气体各组分的释 放量，尤其是氢气，也促使白松在较低的温度（起始温度约为250 °C ）下就进行催化裂解；并且随着催化 剂负载量的增加，碳酸钾的催化裂解效果也就愈明显。研究还表明，与碳酸钾的干法混合相比，湿法混合 的催化效果更为突出。 关键词：白松；催化裂解；碱金属；碳酸钾 Effect of alkali metal catalyst on pyrolysis of biomass WANG Zhenya, CAO Jianqin, LU Dan, WANG Jie* (Department of Chemical Engineering for Energy, East China University of Science and Technology , 200237 Shanghai, China) Abstract: In order to investigate the catalytic effect of K CO on pyrolysis of pine wood, 2 3 experiments of catalytic biomass pyrolysis were carried out on a fixed-bed reactor with the quantitative analysis of the release rates of the gaseous products. It was found that whether the catalyst was added in an impregnation way or in a dry mixing way, potassium carbonate facilitated the formation of gaseous products at the expense of a decreased liquid yield. Not only were the accumulated amount of gases, especially hydrogen, increased, but also the catalytic release of the gases tended to happen at a lower temperature(a starting temperature of ～250 °C). In addition, it was observed that an increase in the K CO loading enlarged the catalytic effect; compared with the 2 3 dry-mixed catalyst, the impregnated catalyst had a promoted effect on pine pyrolysis.
