我国高新技术产品出口现状及发展探析 李博伦，东盟08（2）班 [摘要]高新科技产品作为一种新型的、强大的生产力，在当今经济社会中发挥着越来越重要的影响，其作用和地位也逐步得到人们的承认。改革开放以来，在高新技术产品研究领域，我国政府实施了一系列政策和措施，并取得卓越成就。同时对外贸易的大幅增长又在很大程度上依赖于高新技术产品的出口，加快高新技术产品出口将会是今后我国对外贸易工作中的重点。我国作为发展中国家，实践表明，只有通过出口贸易结构的优化和升级，才能在激烈的国际竞争市场中获胜。因此，增强我国高新技术产品的科技含量是我国成为贸易强国的必由之路。本文通过对我国高新科技术产品出口现状分析探讨我国高新技术出口的措施建议，以便在国际市场深扎根基从容应对国际竞争的挑战。 【关键词】高新技术产品；现状；措施 [Abstract] High-tech products as a new, powerful productivity in todays economy and society is playing an increasingly important influence, its role and status of people gradually recognized. Since reform and opening, in the field of high-tech products, Chinas government implemented a series of policies and measures, and achieve excellence. At the same time the substantial growth of foreign trade but also to a large extent dependent on the export of high-tech products, accelerate high-tech products export of Chinas foreign trade will be the future focus of the work. China is a developing country, proved that only through the export trade structure optimization and upgrading, to the fierce international competition to win the market. Based on the subjects of high technology exports to analyze the current status of trade problems, so as to explore measures of high-tech exports recommendations for deep-rooted in the international market base to calmly deal with the challenges of international competition 【Keywords】High-tech products；status；measure 我国高科技产品出口的现状 我国高科技产品出口呈现逐年增长 我国的高新技术产品出口从20世纪90年代初起呈现出较好的发展势头，近年逐渐步入快速发展的轨道，“十五”计划头两年的高新技术产品出口额已达到1143.17亿美元，超过了整个“九五”期间的1109.60亿美元，是“八五”期间的4倍。到2002年，高新技术产品出口额达到678.6亿美元，与1992年相比，我国高新技术产品出口额10年翻了4番，年均递增32.7%，是同期GDP增长率的3倍多。截至2003年7月，高新技术产品出口对全部商品的出口贡献率由1992年的4.7%提高到23.18%，对工业制成品出口的贡献率由1992年的5.9%提高到22.8%。 我国高新技术产品出口市场单一 从地理方向分布看，我国高新技术产品出口的主要市场集中于香港、美国、欧盟、东盟等四大区域，2002年出口到这四大区域的高新技术产品占高新技术产品出口总额的75.16%。另外，2002年我国高新技术产品对各大洲的出口增速均超过了30%，其中对北美洲出口增速达到
